MR. MANOJ PAHWA
Director - Finance & Strategic Affairs
A distinguished Chartered Accountant and legal professional with over 25 years of experience, Mr. Pahwa specialises in international taxation, FEMA, and FDI advisory. He has advised Fortune 500 multinational corporations on India market entry strategies and regulatory frameworks. A recognised industry voice, he has also appeared on leading business news channels. At the foundation, he provides strategic financial direction and governance oversight.
CAPT. ARVIND SINGH
Director - Planning & Development
A distinguished aviation professional, senior commander, and management leader with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Singh brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, operations, leadership development, and organisational growth. A National Awardee recognised for professional excellence and public service, he has held senior advisory roles and mentored diverse teams across industries. At the foundation, he focuses on skill development, community initiatives, and building impactful programmes that contribute towards social upliftment.
DR. TANUJA SINGH
Director - Operations
A passionate advocate for women empowerment and holistic well-being, Ms. Singh holds a Doctorate in Women Empowerment and has dedicated her work towards improving mental health, menstrual health, and skill development among women. With expertise in Inner Child Healing, Body-Energy Therapy, and Bio-Energetics, she combines holistic wellness practices with social impact initiatives focused on empowering women and strengthening rural communities.
MR. RAJIV SAWHNEY
Director - Strategy, Outreach & Brand Partnerships
With over 45 years of industry experience, Mr. Sawhney is a seasoned business leader known for his expertise in marketing, brand strategy, and consumer engagement. Having worked with leading global and Indian corporations, he has conceptualised several impactful campaigns and strategic initiatives. At the foundation, he drives outreach, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.

Volunteer Engagement & Community Relations
Ms. Pooja leads the foundation’s volunteer engagement and community coordination efforts. She manages volunteer outreach, onboarding, and community relations while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages meaningful participation in the foundation’s initiatives.
MR. SACHIT
Director - Innovation & Community Initiatives
Mr. Sachit is a young entrepreneur and social impact enthusiast driven by the vision of creating meaningful change within communities. With experience across multiple business sectors, he brings creative thinking and purpose-led innovation to the foundation. He is the driving force behind the foundation’s dhoop stick programme and actively works on developing sustainable, community-focused initiatives.
